Xennox Solutions Announces XenHub SaaS

Xennox Solutions, a provider of bookings and operational software for premium wellness, spa, activity, and resort businesses, announced the launch of XenHub on October 1, 2026. The new software as a service platform extends the company’s long-established enterprise resource planning experience into a lower-cost, mobile-enabled system designed for wellness-led resorts that manage guest journeys around services, activities, classes, packages, memberships, retail sales, accommodation, and hospitality operations.

From Enterprise Resort Systems to SaaS Access

XenHub builds on more than 15 years of implementation experience behind Xennox Solutions’ former IntelliSpa platform, which has been used by leading wellness resorts and activity destinations in more than 20 countries. The earlier enterprise resource planning system supported complex operations for high-end properties that required more than conventional spa appointment booking. These sites often needed coordinated scheduling across treatment rooms, specialist staff, equipment, classes, retail, guest communication, memberships, and wider activity programming.

The new SaaS version is intended to make that operating model more accessible to independent wellness resorts, destination spas, mixed-use properties, golf resorts, and hospitality groups that want a single platform for experience-led operations. By moving to a SaaS model, XenHub is structured to reduce implementation complexity while retaining the functionality required by premium resort environments.

Anne Battersby, CFO of Xennox Solutions, said, “The solution that has powered leading wellness resorts is now available as a SaaS platform. XenHub has been designed around the way wellness resorts operate, where the guest experience is built from services, activities, classes, and packages rather than room inventory alone.”

Built Around the Experience-Led Guest Journey

Xennox Solutions developed XenHub in response to a shift in premium hospitality, where wellness programming has become a central revenue and guest engagement category. Rather than treating spa and activity services as secondary add-ons to room reservations, XenHub is structured around the option of booking the experience first, then adding accommodation where appropriate.

The platform includes accommodation booking functionality, reducing the need for some operators to rely on a separate hotel property management system. Property management system, often abbreviated as PMS, refers to the software used by hotels to manage inventory, reservations, check-ins, and daily operational records. XenHub also offers application programming interfaces, known as APIs, to connect with leading hotel systems, including widely used enterprise platforms such as Oracle Opera, for resorts that need integration with existing infrastructure.

The company stated that the approach is especially relevant for resorts where services and activities represent a significant portion of the guest value proposition. Instead of managing wellness across detached booking tools, rota systems, point-of-sale software, form platforms, website content management systems, and hotel systems, XenHub combines these capabilities in one operational environment.

A Unified Platform for Resort Operations

XenHub includes AI-supported web booking functionality designed to help guests configure packages and reserve services before arrival. The front-end experience allows resorts to present treatments, classes, activities, retail options, golf tee times, memberships, and accommodation within a coordinated booking flow. The system’s auto-scheduling tools are designed to optimize the use of staff, treatment rooms, activity spaces, equipment, and other operational resources.

The platform also includes point of sale for services and retail, check-in workflows, integrated content management, digital forms, guest notifications, membership management, and golf tee time bookings. These features are intended to support resorts that operate across several revenue centers, including wellness, spa, fitness, activities, golf, retail, and lodging.

“XenHub delivers guest-facing booking tools and back-office operating controls in one platform,” Battersby said. “Our focus has been to help resorts optimize revenues from every booking while simplifying the systems required behind the scenes.”

The company said performance data, service availability, operational capacity, and scheduling rules can be managed through the platform to reduce manual coordination. This is particularly relevant for properties where one booking may require several linked resources, such as a therapist, treatment room, product allocation, dining time, class space, golf tee time, or accommodation night.

Xennox Solutions Receives Industry Recognition for 2026

Xennox Solutions has been recognized by Best of Best Review as Best SaaS Platform for Wellness Resorts in the United States of 2026. The award recognizes XenHub, the company’s SaaS platform for managing resort bookings, spa services, activities, accommodation, and guest experiences.

Building on more than 15 years of resort software experience, XenHub combines booking tools, scheduling, and operational management in one platform, helping wellness resorts streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.

Following its US recognition, Xennox Solutions plans to pursue further industry awards and recognition across Asia and worldwide, supporting the company’s broader international expansion and the growing market presence of XenHub.

Market Context for Wellness Hospitality

The launch comes as wellness continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas of premium hospitality. Destination resorts increasingly market programs built around rest, fitness, spa therapies, outdoor activities, nutrition, mindfulness, recovery, preventative health, retreat programming, and lifestyle experiences. For operators, that trend creates new software requirements because guest itineraries may include multiple services before arrival, during a stay, and after departure.

Xennox Solutions positions XenHub for resorts that need to manage this complexity without assembling several separate systems. The company’s historical customer base includes internationally recognized wellness and leisure properties, including a Thailand-based Condé Nast award-winning wellness resort, a United Kingdom estate known for motorsport and horse racing events, an India-based mountain destination wellness retreat, and a New Mexico activities and conservation resort. These references are described without naming individual licensing relationships in accordance with confidentiality restrictions.

XenHub is aimed at operators that sell curated experiences rather than room inventory alone. Xennox Solutions said the platform may be used as the core system for wellness resorts, spa resorts, golf resorts, membership-based fitness and leisure venues, and hospitality businesses that require advanced activity scheduling.

The product’s lower-cost SaaS structure is intended to support faster deployment when compared with custom enterprise implementations. At the same time, the company stated that XenHub retains the breadth of functionality required for sophisticated properties, including resource optimization, booking rules, staff scheduling, website content, forms, notifications, point of sale, memberships, accommodation bookings, activity reservations, and golf operations.
